RIBs Program Manager Job Description: Southside Community Center is seeking a part-time Program Manager who will maintain the historical legacy of RIBs while moving the program forward in a pandemic and post-pandemic reality. The Program Manager will be responsible for overall program development and implementation and will report directly to the leadership of Southside Community Center. Duties will include supporting operations of the RIBs shop on Buffalo Street, management of other RIBs staff and volunteers, and collaborating with community partners to ensure that RIBs continues to provide bicycle related services to the community while prioritizing access for Black and historically marginalized populations. The Program Manager should have knowledge of bicycle mechanics, and must have experience in creating anti-racist and anti-oppressive spaces while working collaboratively with diverse groups of people.

RIBs Head Mechanic Job Description: The RIBs head mechanic will report directly to the Program Manager and will be primarily responsible for facilitating maintenance, repair and flow of current and future bicycle and accessory inventory at the RIBs shop. Hours and compensation package to be determined in conjunction with the Program Manager and to be based on education and experience.
